When I started working in a 1984***** hotel in Berlin in 5, I would never have guessed that enjoyment and service would become the dominant theme of my life for more than 35 years.
I have been dealing intensively with wine since 1986 and have been full-time since I became a sommelier in a small French restaurant in 1987.
In the decades that followed, I was able to work at eye level with the best sommeliers, chefs, wine merchants and winemakers and managed wine trading companies at regional, national and international level.
I produce wine & spirits and advise wineries, dealers and producers worldwide. My ONEforALL glass concept is sold internationally. Marketing and design have become an important aspect of my holistic work in recent years. Market studies took me to dozens of countries on 6 continents.
